Natalija Perišić is an Associate Professor of Social Policy at the University of Belgrade – Faculty of Political Science, Department of Social Policy and Social Work where she lectures on the national and European social policy, ageing and migration at the under-graduate, master and PhD studies. She is also a lecturer at the Master studies in Migration (Migration and Social Policy Module) at the University of Belgrade. She is a Visiting Professor at the University of Tuzla – Faculty of Philosophy, B&H and the University of Eastern Sarajevo – Faculty of Philosophy, B&H.
Her scientific and research interests are in the fields of welfare state, social services and public policies in the field of old-age, migration, social welfare and gender. Natalija has been very active in making connections among the academia, civil sector organizations and public services, regarding the support to migrants. She has published about 50 papers in national and international journal.
Currently, she coordinates EU Horizon 2020 Project MIGREC and leads the University of Belgrade’s contribution to MIGREC (www.migrec.fpn.bg.ac.rs).
